I think this is quite good, but prefer a better bargain.

Good brand for Q10

I like this brand of Q10 and have had it in many strengths, so make sure you know what strength you need. The ones I buy from Doctor's Best have always contained black pepper which helps absorption.

Been taking this a long time. Don't really notice a difference between this and drug store brand.
Raising serum CoQ10 level
Posted by Reviewer2102505 on Oct 08, 2008
It is too soon to know the effectiveness of this product. I am having blood tests for CoQ10 in the weeks and months ahead in my attempts to raise my serum level. That should reveal how effective this product actually is.

If you’re looking for a high dose CoQ10 in a non-mad-cow delivery system (i.e. gelatin), this product is one of the best values for the money. Since virtually all CoQ10 sold by the US companies comes from just a few Japanese manufactures, there is not much difference in the CoQ10 itself in most CoQ10 products (except that there are now some newer forms of CoQ10 which are claimed to be more bio-available).
