I have been taking coQ10 regularly for a long time now. I even switched over to the better absorbable Ubiquinol version for a time. But, that is more expensive to buy, so I switched back to this. It appears to be good value for money with a reasonable dosage per capsule. So far, so good !

I admit to being a bit reluctant to give this product a try, despite the good reviews, as I was taking a Kaneka QH product. To my surprise, I feel that I'm continuing to obtain the same results at a lower cost. I take 300 mg/day (had previously taken 200 mg/day of the ubiquinol)and have good energy levels and my migraines have remained almost non-existent. I'm going to give a bottle to my mother to try in hopes that she will find this to be a good alternate to her current product (that she tends to take in lower doses due to the higher cost). CoQ10 is a mainstay of my supplement regimen.

CoQ10 helps noticeably with my running work outs. My heart rate doesn't go wacky, I'm able to sustain my runs without prematurely fatiguing.

Another high quality product for a fantastic price. I've been told to take CoQ10, but because I'm on disability due to chronic illness, I haven't been able to afford it. Just bought 6 months worth. Thanks i-herb!
