It could just be my chronic post nasal drip messing with my tongue, but this doesn't get all of the white stuff off of me. I can scrape my tongue to the point where I'm getting small lacerations, but it'll still be white. I do, however, think that it has helped with my breath tremendously, so I'm going to put faith in this product and give it a 4/5. It is basic, well-built, and I am sure that it will work for a lot of people.
