This is a good supplement and it tastes good , it has been very useful for colds and flu- it has I believe kept them away. It also has silver in it which is good in the cold weather , when there seems to be more illness around , a good value supplement as it has a lot in it for the money.

I take this every day and it gives me plenty of energy along with other liquid vitamins I take that are all whole food based.
