It's not like the sesame oil I've tried before. After some searching, I think this one must be made of roasted sesame, which is the type supposedly used in EastAsia. Unfortunately, this information is not given on the product page. However, it doesn't smell or taste like roasted sesame seeds (which actually enhances the flavor), rather it smells/tastes like used, burnt oil. I tried putting it on my skin, but it stinks to much. The bottle also lacks an expiration date (although somehow this date is given by iHerb on the product page).
