This has been comfortable enough to use for rewarming leftovers. I like to use non stick so I do not use a bunch of oil with each meal.I bring the food to a sizzle then turn burner off and let sit with a lid for about 5-10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my meal, take enzymes etc. I figure that way the heat isn't forcing too much of a reaction. Microwaving is something I'm trying to limit. I am just worried that the information about the safety of this product is very vague. EWG nor Dr. Mercola have tested it. It is a temporary option until I can afford a ceramic set.
