I take 3 caps daily, and if I feel like I'm starting to come down with a cold -- or if someone in my family gets sick -- I double or triple the dose. I really feel like it boosts your immune system.

Great product. Since taking it, immune system has worked at peak efficiency--fight onocoming colds and no flu, etc.
