This sushi mat is great. You can't tell by the images but the bamboo sticks are rounded on one side and flat on the other, this allows for easier rolling of the sushi. The string is of good quality and has yet to show signs of notable wear (and I've used it quite a number of times already). There really isn't much more to it. It's a simple bamboo mat that does its job.

First time sushi maker and this is a must when attempting to make it! Very easy to do. Only con, wish there were directions with package to make sushi. A quick search on the internet will yield lots of directions on how to make sushi.
