This calcium is well balanced with both magnesium and D3. They compliment each other-Calcium will do nothing for the body without the magnesium.

Great product and an easy way to get vitamin D into your system. I have problems with lots of vitamin supplements due to all the binders, etc. and have no problem with these. My nails are getting stronger, hair feels great. 'Recommend them highly.
