Actually not bad

Purchased at iHerb

I was expecting this bread to be really bad since it comes in one of those weird sealed packages. Unlike the Glutino brand with the same packaging though, the flavor is really not bad. No weird aftertaste or anything like that. If anything, a little dry and flavorless but for what it is...

Dry but good

This bread has a long shelf life so of course it's rather dry. But it's nice toasted and better than a lot of other gluten-free breads I've tried. It's great to be able to order this from iherb - we can't get gluten-free bread here in Japan!

The bread was crumbly and broke when put peanut butter on it.. Won't buy it again
