These are large and you have to take 4, but my daughter seems not to mind taking them and she need them!

Most vitamins all work in the same way if you remember to take them. I like these for my daughter because they are specifically for teens and she is a very active teen. This is a good brand that I trust as I've used this brand before for other ailments (menopause symptoms relief). She doesn't take 4 a day like the bottle suggests - she takes 2 a day (morning and night).
