A helpful sleep aid when your mind is overactive at bedtime.

This product helps you calm down when your mind is too active at bedtime. It is kind of like a nice cup of chamomile tea and someone petting your head. It also doesn't make you feel hung over in the a.m. I recommend it for people who need a little help when their minds oare racing at bedtime.

Fibromyalgia Sleep Improved

Yay for Sleep

I have a chronic illness that cause major disturbances in sleep patterns. I am on this formula in conjunction with several other herbs and minerals plus one allopathic sleep aid. Sleep is always a battle fo me but I do believe that I am getting better quality sleep.

I have to take 2 or 3 capsules, but they work fine when I want a really good nights sleep.
