Fearn is not "non-GMO" so the pricing is a little lower than some of the brands that are "non-GMO". The phosphytidal choline content is high, which is the part of the lecithin that is necessary for it to do its job in the body, so it a good choice. It is a bit grainer and dissolves a little slower, so if texture is an issue, you should consider that.
FAERNS IS THE BEST LECITHIN

I've used other Lecithin granules but Fearns seems to blend and dissolve better, although it still takes time to make a meal-shake and then shake it up really good and put in the fridge for a half-hour or more before everything, including the Lecithin totally combines into a nice, think "shake". I use Greens & Whey protein powder, organic Cacao powder, and Brewers Yeast and/or NUTREX Spirulina for a Very Nutritious meal-shake.

Expiration Date is not indicated. This is very strange.

I read that Lecithin helps with memory loss. It's hard to know for sure, but I think my memory has improved since sprinkling it on my breakfast cereal regularly.

This is quite acceptable lecithin.

Been taking Lecithin Granules for a long time. It seems to be keeping my Triglycerides down. I use a tablespoon of Lecithin, juice of one lemon and a tablespoon of olive oil. It's works.
