My teenage daughter take a capsule everyday. She got a short-sight of approx 500 degrees. Recently her short-sight improved - with a 50 degree drop in the short-sight condition. She slept very late everyday and likes every teens - browsing the web every day and night , watching tv, and reading books ,.... it is unbeliveable
