This is a great oil!

Purchased at iHerb

You can taste the quality of this oil. I've used it in salad dressings or a desert spoon in yoghurt as you might use "Udo's Choice". This oil has a nice taste and for me it's too nice for using it for frying/cooking.

I am so glad to know iherb site offers Flora certifice organic Canola oil. I greatly appreciate the ease of buying organic Flora oil products from iherb. It does take time to get used to unrefined canola oil w/ its odor & taste which is like corn. Most oils sold in supermarkets, etc. has no odor & taste b/c so processed for a long shelf life.
