As with all Flora products, this is an excellent one. I haven't been taking it very long but already feel the benefits. My nails are stronger too. And a side benefit - my eyelashes are thicker and longer!

Better value from Now Silica

Flora is a really good brand and this product is no exception. Orthosilicic acid is a dietary form of silicon that is involved in the formation of collagen and bone. Since taking this, I've noticed that my hair hair has been growing a lot quicker and is thicker than before, and my skin is looking radiant. I would recommend this product, especially if you cannot afford the more expensive Biosil, but still feel Now Foods Silica offers better value with equivalent results
