This product has certainly helped my energy levels.I bought it for my Autistic daughter.DMG works brilliantly for her,but she didn't like the taste,and can't swallow them whole, so my husband and I have both been reaping the benefits.

I have been using this product as a regular part of my vitamin regimen for many years and have benifited from the use of the product. More endurance and energy are a direct result.
