I drank this before going to a barbecue and I am glad I did. My digestion is not the greatest and even eating grilled fish and vegetables usually cause my stomach to stop working and I get constipated. This is gentle liquid fiber. There was no sense of urgency to go to the bathroom but the fiber helped my digestion move along more smoothly. I will buy more of this product soon.

Didn't get enough to see how well it works but it tastes good so if I need fiber in the future, I will definitely consider this fiber.
