I mix these samples with my morning shake - tastes pretty good like this. The Madre Labs products seem of excellent quality.

Does not dissolve in water

I appreciate that it's organic and a health food supplement without GMO's but I don't know what benefits it might give and it doesn't dissolve in water even when I shake the bottle vigorously. I mixed it with other tasty supplements because it doesn't taste like much and its gritty texture made it unpleasant.
