The best thing is there is no Propolene Glycol in the ingredients, which is often in cheap essences.

Nice flavour, not as strong and artificial tasting as other brands

I often find almond extract too strong if I use more than a few drops. This stuff is still pretty strong simply because it is almond extract, but I find that I can put a bit more in and rather than getting a strong artificial taste I just get a nice, almond extract taste.
