Purchased at iHerb

i'm extremely happy with this stuff. its clean, very fragrant, and of very high quality. i put it in soups, indian and other asian dishes, even breads. just crush it lightly or finely or even leave whole. i wouldn't recommend buying ground, esp not in such bulk. do not use too much of it. excellent in combination with cumin.
