Very good product! Not only useful as a seasoning, but as a treatment!For women's health Fenugreek is a really great thing! Commonly known as a breastfeeding helper (increases milk supply), also good in treating PMS and menopause. Helps to reduce stomach ache, increases appetite, helps to recover from illness or weakness. This one is fresh, good quality for a really low price!

This is the best fenugreek i've ever bought. Nice price, great quality without any black ore green seeds! Clean product, just a whole lot of seeds!
