I tried a natural weight loss product a few years back; namely, hoodia. It was supposed to curb my hunger pangs or make me feel full, I can't recall, but it didn't do either. I recently purchased the African Mango product after hearing about it on Dr. Ozz, so I gave that a try. The first time I tried it, it worked almost immediatley. I don't take two capsules, one per a day before meals (lunch and dinner), as recommended on the bottle. I only take one capsule when I'm absolutely starved between meals, when I've eaten fairly recently, and I know that I don't need to eat again. I pay attention to my blood sugar levels, since I'm hypoglycemic. If I need to eat, and I haven't eaten, I do. I read online that this product doesn't work for everyone, but I'm very happy that it worked so well for me. The product itself doens't make you lose weight. It simply helps you through those tough times when you feel like you want to eat something that you probably shouldn't, and/or when you're really trying to be good and stay on a sensible weight loss program, in order to take the pounds off gradually, change the way you feel about food, and resolve to change your eating habits. I am 72 years old; I have been using FutureBiotics, African Mango for two weeks. I do not get hungry between meals because of this product. I plan to keep using it and am sure I will lose weight.
