My wife has been taking this product for a month now and this is helping her health and also her pain level has decreased since using this product. I suffer from foot pain due to diabetes and I also starting taking this product just to see if it helps me and there are times that my foot pain is decreased also but I have not taken this but about a week is all. I would recommend this product to anybody.
