TRUE focus ZERO side effects. I have tried at least 20+ brands and this by far is superior. HINT* The LONGER you take it the better it works. I have a rare brain disease and nothing helps me to focus better than this and the amounts can be adjusted. I vary from 1-2 per day and husband takes up to 4 per day. TOO MANY gives me a headache. There is none better for me out there and I have a Blood brain barrier issue.
