I love that this is a capsule, not a powder--- I've tried Lifes Greens and coulnd't take it, it made me gag.. :)

I really like this product because I want to make sure that I get my fruits, veggies, grains, super foods, marine foods, fiber, enzymes, pre/pro biotics, etc. and I wanted a comprehensive product that was easy and provided everything which is hard to find or very expensive. This product is very comprehensive and the price is very good. I also wanted something natural without a lot of junk in it.

Some times we don't get enough veggies in a day, and this pill sure helps. It keeps me energized and helps my digestion.

This supplement has all the things that you need on a daily basis and at only 4 pills a day. It is much easier than taking some of the horrible tasting powder forms of the same type of product..I would much rather take these than the powder!
