This product will melt the fat off you and help suppress you appetite but beware I began to experience BAD joint pain and stiffness after taking it for a while which stopped after I ran out each time so puttin 2 and 2 together. I've come to the conclusion it generates so much heat and free radicals that it causes major inflammation. Myabe taking it after a big meal or once in a while might not do this but I hurt so bad I stopped taking it and the pain subsided D.W. Chester,VA

Seems to help me stay trim....although after having used it for over a year, I'm noticing less support, so may stop for awhile to reboot my system.

So far I have taken this for a month and I'm not sure if I've seen any results yet. It does say that you might need to be on continously for 6 weeks or longer to see real effect. So I'm still waiting. It definitely does not have any side effects and I think it has suppressed my appetite somewhat.

I don't seem to be losing any weight while taking these. Clothes size remains the same. I am exercising and dieting as well.

Have take for a couple weeks.... still waiting to see results. I am eating the diet recommended in the Makers book and having very little weight loss.
