IMPOSSIBLE TO SWALLOW

I NEVER write reviews, but I wish someone would have told me this before I spent almost $60 on these. If you have ANY trouble swallowing pills, these will not work for you. I have never had a poll in my life that I couldn't swallow, but I just can't get these down, they get stuck almost every time. They start to turn to mud as soon as water has contact with them, and are very large with sharp awkward edged. I'm giving them three stars for potential, but I have not been able to them on a regular basis. Going to try dipping them in coconut oil to lube them up.
