This product is fab! Whatever you do, don't cook with it. It's too good for that and it's bursting garlic flavor will get lost in cooking. It's great sprinkled on foods AFTER cooking. It's great on salads, veggies, rice, etc. It's organic and simple, too. Highly recommend.
