seems good. like most powdered supplements, probably best in a smoothie. i had it with water only, it tasted....very green! but really fine. only had the one packet so don't know if it helped me.

Astonishing amount of nutrients in the product. Great way of taking greens & getting probiotics. Tastes good. Received as free sample from iHerb, so would have to take more of it over period of time, to know if suits me.
