This is the first Goji I've ever tried and I'm happy to say I lucked out first go! This is the entire goji berry with the seeds and all so the consistency is a bit thick and gloopy, like a stew maybe. It also has no additional ingredients. I now take the recommended dose of 1oz (2 tablespoons) twice a day after taking a half dose (1 tablespoon twice a day) for a week. I read about the benefits of Goji and wanted to take the closest form to natural I could find to help boost my immune system. Due to the fact that this is just the mashed berry, every bottle seems to have a slightly different taste. The first bottle took some getting used to for me because I have a sweet tooth and it was slightly acidic. I just gulped it off the spoon. Now I have gotten used to the taste and it is better and I actually take sips of it and savour it. 2 weeks after using it I noticed that my vision was a bit fuzzy. Turns out that my eyesight is getting better! I will be taking this religiously for the next three months to see if I can improve my horribly short sighted eyes. I bought a dozen of the smaller bottles because they were out of stock of the larger ones :( but the better deal for sure is buying the bigger bottles. The 4oz is good if you are not sure you'd like the taste but for no other reason. I would say you could take it to work for a days serving but you need to refrigerate it after opening so... I researched the company and the products seem to be good and genuine so I will be buying more from Genesis Today and see what effect the products have on me. iHerb is amazing on delivery. I got my perfectly packaged order 2 days later in the UK!
