Ready in a few minutes and can be used in so many recipes.
Best whole wheat udon I've found

I love udon, but prefer to stick to whole grains. This is the answer!
Difficult to cook

The noodles take a long time to cook in boiling water and it tends to clump together after cooking.

The texture is good, reasonably firm. I had to cook them longer than 6 minutes, but the result was good. What I didn't really like was the taste of whole wheat .
