Bitter, but bearable...

I just tried this tea for the first time...and I've found it to be bitter. But since my first cup, I have been very conscious of steeping the bag for only a minute or two, and it's better. But I've had better luck with the Eden Foods Sencha, and I've heard good things about Ito En teas as well...

Of late, it's the first thing I drink in the morning. Caffeine content is not too high in green tea. The real benefit observed is that it seems to help detox the liver, and may even help regulate normal heartbeat. This brand is preferred.
