I realized from reviews that coconut water is an acquired taste for people who have not grown up drinking it. For those who have, this product is very nice. It has a mildly sweet taste, just sweet enough; a little sweeter than drinking directly from young coconuts in general. Very refreshing, and great after a workout. There is one other, that I've tried on this web site that's as good.

In Japan, it's very hard to find coconut water and iherb delivers with unbeliavable shipping cost. Thank you iherb!

I started using this beverage after reading the benefits of coconut water in aiding PMS. I love the delicate flavor and mild sweetness. I ended up with a stomach virus many months after finding this product. Using this product really helped keep me hydrated without upsetting my stomach, which as you know is hard to do when you don't feel like eating or drinking anything. It's like nature's Gatorade, only natural and without all the calories :). I give this product 4 stars, if it was less expensive, it would be a 5.

I am a fan of coconut and fresh coconut water but this had a strange aftertaste. I guess I expected that fresh coconut taste.
