helps with chest pain

I suffer from hashimoto's disease and I find this helps me when I have chest pain. The pain dissipates within 15 minutes. I also use it for muscle cramps

Makes my hands crack.

The gel is 40% the potency of the magnesium oil. It doesn't leave a sticky residue like the oil does. It's much easier to apply, and it's easier to use more often. The only drawback is that it makes my hands dry and more prone to cracking/papercuts, etc.

adoucit les pieds et la corne du talon. Le plus surprenant c'est que l'on ressent l'effet laxatif du magnésium (lors des premières utilisations) il agit comme un complément alimentaire. Fait plein d'autre choses que je n'ai pas testées.
