These HealthForce Nutritionals Digestion Enhancement Enzymes seem to be doing the job. I follow the lable instructions of use. Less is required if the diet has much raw foods and more is needed for cooked food and unsoaked nuts and some seeds. I'm motivated to eat easier to digest foods so I don't require so many capsules.

Gallbladder Surgery made digestion more difficult which in turn required lots of antiacids and serious food restrictions. With Digestion "EE" there is no need for other over the counter medications and I am free to eat what I want (within reason, ofcourse)

This was most powerful and non toxic Digestive Enzymes I 've ever used. I will purchase again and again. Because I'm raw vegan but I cant help eating cooked food living in this modern society. Thank you iherb! I love this brand.
