Ordered these because they seemed to have fewer filler ingredients and were a lower dose. Unfortunately they gave me migraine. Going back to Drs Best.

Just the right strength for me, 300mgs inhibits my thyroid t4 from converting to t3, this does'nt seem to impact on it due to it being only 100mgs, i take 3 a day spread out.

this can be used with good effect for preparing smaller doses - 25,50 mg of lipoic acid for mercury detox with the Andy Cutler protocol. It's dirt cheap and effective.
