Subjectively heightened alertness, mental clarity and "less friction" memory. Very noticeable effect stopping for a few days and restarting. Now very clear what it does. Would not like to be without.

Helps with neuropathy

I really like this 600mg ALA. I don't have to take so many. It really helps relieve my neuropathy pain. It does cause stomach burn if you don't take it with a meal. I Know that RLA does prevent stomach burn, However I Can't find it in 600 mg form, and it get really expensive. this product is just right.
