I have so far only used one bottle of Astaxanthin, I take 3 a day, and alreay two very bad and rather large sundamaged spots on my face are reciding

Astaxanthin is a good joint supplement, especially for use over the long term - I find the benefits have come on slowly over several months of consistent use, but they are a definitely there. This brand seems to be the cheapest one for 'BioAstin', which my sources say is the best you can get.

Chronic administration of astaxanthin reduced the oxidative stress on the kidneys and prevented renal cell damage. - Biofactors, 2004.

I started taking 8mg of Astaxanthin a day and find when I wake up in the morning I'm not stiff and don't ache the way I used to. Great antiozidant, too.

I purchased both astaxanthin and pycnogenol and have been taking them twice daily for the past 30 days. I have not had to take a claritin d since. my nasal passages have been clear. I will continue to take them for that reason!
