I've been taking this supplement for years with no side effects. It is an immune system booster that literally stops you from getting sick by pathogens (both bacterial and viral - doesn't work against toxins). One capsule daily works well as a preventative. If for some reason, you do get sick, increase the dosage to one per hour until the symptoms are gone. There is no danger of overdosing since it is completely non-toxic and there are no side effects. If you are on a budget, the Now brand of Beta-1,3/1,6 D-Glucan is almost as effective and works in a similar manner.

I have been taking these capsules faithfully since they arrived. I was sick and had fever blisters when it came. They were gone within 2 days. I have stayed healthy since as everyone around me has been ill. I have problems swallowing pills, even aspirin, but these capsules are not too large and go down easily. I have added an email reminder alert to my Yahoo Calendar each morning "EpiCor - To My Health".

Started taking this a year ago. I used to have about 6 really bad colds a year that would drag on for weeks. Since I started taking Epicor I've had 1 or 2 cases of the sniffles that just lasted a day and that was it. This stuff is amazing!

My whole family has been using this product since last August. We've all been sick less often. When we do get sick, it doesn't seem to last as long. I used to get sinus infections at least 4 times a year and always ended up on antibiotics. Since I have been taking Epicor I've only had one sinus infection and it was'nt as bad. I still get colds, but like I said they do not last as long. I will continue to buy this product and the price at iHerb is the best I've found for the quality. I tried a cheaper brand, but there was a lot of filler in the capsule, too much white powder. I could tell a difference in the way it preformed. That's when I got my sinus infection. I will stick with iHerb.

I give this product 5 stars. Purchased this for my sister in December for her birthday. Has been taking them faithfully. She suffers with allergies almost 9 months out of year. Since taking them she can breath out of her nose & does not have allergies anymore.
