I love to add these to a smoothie, they add bulk to & are good for digestion. Its also filling.

seems to have a distinct flavor which is tolerable, but the gooey fish egg consistency after it's been soaking for a while kinda grosses me out.

does not mix well- settles to bottom of blender smoothie

I eat this because I'm sure it is healthy for me , but I do not feel any special results. It does not mix well. I add some to my yogurt protein smoothies with fruit and ice and the Ghia seeds still end up on bottom. I probably will not re-order
