Was sent very fast but Iam not able to take it. made my sinuses close up and made me gassy

Did not work for me

I really had high hopes for this product and even reordered. I took it as instructed, increasing slowly, but it gave me terrible cramps, bloating and wind. I am sure it does work for some people, but unfortunately another product I have tried that doesn't work for me.

Causes Constipation

Unfortunately this product has a constipating effect on me. A little disappointed because previously I had used another brand and it did not have this problem.
