I have purchased a few bottles of this bc I have severe reactive hypoglycemia. I tried to take these with the little bit of breads, rice, and pasta that I do eat. I still had reactions/glucose shocks. I contacted my nutritionist and she told me that none of these work as well. So its best to not eat carbs if you cant have them. No short cuts like these pills, just dont eat them.

All that this product did was to give me gas.

after trying it and having terrible cramps and diarrhea I wouldn't use it again. Carb Blocker's allow undigested food particles to pass through the intestines which feeds bacteria growth and as much as I'd love an easy fix for weight loss I won't risk my health.

I have even gained weight and I eat very healthy and in very small quantities.
