These have been working for me quite well. They are easily digestible and the company claims the aminos are free form. I like that this particular formula contains smaller quantity of aminos and I can spread the supplement intake throughout the day without putting too much pressure on my kidneys.

Not the same to your body and looking as bulk protein but one can use it sometimes for various reasons.

This seriously helped me feel better after a hardcore workout and from my training. My muscles are feeling more energized and are getting bigger; helps heal the pain and muscle exertion so your ready to go again the next day :D.
