Dicen que es maravillosa para bajar de peso si se toma una capsula media hora de ir al gimnasio, que ayuda a quemar las grasas y al hacerlo ademas te cansas menos con el ejercicio y ayuda con algunos problemas de corazon.... Es algo dificil de medir sobre todo poruqe no tenia el habito de ir al gimnasio de antes de comprarlas y de todas formas supongo que, como todo, los efectos mas notables seran en quien mas sobrepeso tenga y tanto no me sobra asi que me limitare a decir que hablan maravillas de estas capsulas, que son capsulas(asi que no se puede tomar media dosis tan facil) y que son bastante mas grandes y dificiles de tragar que las que estoy acostumbrada.
