This amino acid is the one that is most missing after a strenuous workout. Replacing it is crucial and this product does the job. The tablets are extremely easy to swallow since they are coated with an extra slippery coating. I never had tablets go down so easily and Jarrow Formulas is a good quality company.

have not had this product long enough to comment on/ but I know these are helpful supplements if taken on a regular basis with there co factors.

I have a small stomach ulcer and thought these pills would be heal it up. Don't think they have done anything at all. Rest and relaxation is still the best cure!

This was an experiment relating to a Julie Rogers recommendation. Not any dramatic results but I will keep testing.
