This is the best flax seed oil. In addition to being good for health, it is excellent on salads, potatoes, popcorn, etc.

"Amazingly surprised at how great this product taste. My only concern was that it was not as spicy "hot" as I'd would have liked. Still great with eggs, sauces, veggies, meats, fish, and chicken. FOUR STARS-GREAT PRODUCT!"
