Used for acne but caution

Used in high dosages for 2 months and did notice less oil on my face but not necessarily less acne. If you have adrenal issues, be careful with mega-dosing on B5. I had adrenal insufficiency and three months later my adrenals were over-stressed from too much herbs and now have high cortisol levels.
