Product needs Vitamin C at 100 mg+.Rutin and Hesperadin to be effective-i.e. a Bioflavonoid Complex is needed. It struggles to deal with my sinusitis whereas Vitamin Research Products "Bioflavonoid Complex" works well

Capsules are very large and somewhat difficult to swallow.

Great substitute for Ibuprofen, need to take 1 to 2 grams to be effective as pain reliever. 1000 mg size would be better. Also good anti-oxident.
This product needs to be reformulated.

This product needs to be reformulated. Clinical studies clearly
show that Quercetin alone without any additional co-factors is
poorly absorbed if at all. Jarrow needs to add a phospholipid
compound to enhance bioavailability. I won't buy this product
again until they do so.
not sure if it is helping

Taking for nightshade sensitivity, and not noticing a big change yet. Hard to tell though, because I've been avoiding the food. Definitely didn't help immediately.
