I wanted to try a low dose of this first to make sure I wouldn't have any problems with it. It works well and I'm now taking it twice a day, in order to keep the level of it more constant in my system. Next time, I will order the 1000 IU strength and transition to twice a day with it. From articles I've read, doctors are now recommending 2,000 IU per day.

Seem good! Was suggested to me for seasonal affect disorder. I think I actually get a lift with this. Jarrow is the very best, I always try and get Jarrow with everything.
